Metropolitan Bio-Nutrients

Advancing regional resource recovery by engineering urban organic matrices into high-performance agricultural bio-assets.

We are currently executing a systematic research and development program dedicated to formulating binder-free, high-performance agronomic pellets from highly variable, recycled urban waste streams.

Our core technical focus centres on the mechanical co-extrusion of organic particulate matter and complex structural proteins to resolve binding limitations and establish a predictable, microplastic-free, slow-release nitrogen curve.

Headquartered in Auckland, we plan to validate our baseline stabilization trials and soil-leaching kinetics in late 2026, ahead of regional expansion into major New Zealand horticultural zones in 2027.

Target Applications

Our data-calibrated micro-formulations are being engineered explicitly for high-demand, macro-environmental sectors across New Zealand:

  • Commercial Orchards & Viticulture: Calibrated to match the distinct nutritional and pH demands of the kiwifruit, avocado, and vineyard sectors.

  • Parks, Turf & Sports Fields: Engineered to resist environmental leaching and protect local urban waterways from nutrient run-off.

  • Bulk Native Revegetation: Providing long-term, slow-release root establishment support.

  • Premium Horticultural & Home Gardens: A clean, shelf-stable, truly organic performance alternative.
